CLEVELAND, Ohio (October 24, 2007) – Sherwin-Williams Industrial and Marine Coatings is highlighting the highly durable FasTop™ Flooring Systems line – designed for use in USDA- inspected facilities – in booth N2720 at the 2007 Worldwide Food Expo.
The water-based urethane cement technology offers seamless, low-odor and easyto-clean coverage that is resistant to thermal shock, impact and moisture. Engineered for installation within a matter of hours, quick return to service and long-term performance, FasTop reduces costly downtime for the food and beverage industry without sacrificing quality. The FasTop line consists of FasTop S, FasTop M, FasTop S-U1, FasTop Cove Base and new FasTop Plus, with AgION® antimicrobial technology (www.agiontech.com).
“Our high performance products are engineered to withstand the harshest conditions from frequent cleanings with caustic disinfectants,” said W. Doni Riddle, Vice President, Sherwin-Williams Industrial & Marine Coatings. “These products also combat problems caused by dampness from humidity, steam and condensation, and contact with oils, dirt and grease, all with the backing of our technical support team to help the job go smoothly.”
The FasTop line is available in the coatings industry’s largest distribution system with more than 3,000 stores, located 14.1 miles from every food or beverage processing plant in the United States. The systems are applied by any of more than 300 certified high performance flooring installers, and supported by Sherwin-Williams NACEcertified corrosion specialists and dedicated industrial paint and flooring sales/service representatives.
Other services include professional color consulting for aesthetics and safety, to identify work hazards, maximize lighting and reflect company image and identity.
